Block Heater ?

My truck was ordered with the engine block heater--- The dealer had ZERO idea where it was, when we went over features and at that point I just wanted to head home with my new truck.

so

Where can I find the block engine heater cord ?

Thanks in advance.

I have only recently discovered with the severe cold weather that mine was supplied without a block heater. Any idea on the feasibility / difficulty level of installing one??

Not sure on the F150( mine was ordered from the factory ) but many of the F250 shipped w/the heater- just need to purchase the cord

That would be nice! I don't know why dealer would order a diesel without a block heater

Cold starts are hard on any engine-I'm sure modern oil HELPS, but so does keeping the block warm- Its a personal things- but I sure can tell the difference

So is it behind my fog lights or next to the tow hook? As I don't find it anywhere. Ok so where would it possibly plug into the block. Thanks
