Damage hold

So my 2019 F-150 Lariat is on a “damage hold” at Dearborn. No ETA of release for shipment. Anyone else have a similar experience. I’m trying to get Ford to extend my warranty because of this. Thanks!! Frustrated in Jersey!!

Any update on the delay? They should 100% be extending your warranty package until you actually take delivery. Have you reached out to anyone to confirm that?

I received a cal from the dealer on Thursday. Truck has been released for shipment and eta is March 8th. He stated that they are working on extending the warranty with Ford.

@jmperlik The dealer filed a notice of complaint on my behalf to Ford. The damage was a scratch to the rear quarter panel and gave me all the documents on the damage and repair. It was very minor. Now I have an official case number with Ford that they must settle. Keep ya posted!!
