@wreedsvt looks great! Hah, you park like I do to protect from door dings. Glad to hear it rides like riding on a CLOUD! OF course you would have to put that into my head! All that shaking and jarring in my NW Ontario off roading to remote lakes could be much smoother than factory...hmm, was just thinking new tires and now you have me needing to think about more--gee thanks, LOL!

@wreedsvt , Great looking truck. What reduction in mileage are you seeing? And how is the road noise?

TBD on the mileage. Road noise is minimal.

Awesome, let us know on the mileage, curious to know how more air under the truck effects mileage.

Surprisingly the last tank was my best so far with the bigger tires. I was back to my normal driving around Houston TX freeways to and from work, etc.

I normally fill up around 1/4 to half tank empty.

My nephew put their 'stage 4' (I think that's what it's called anyway) kit on his '17 F150-coilovers in the front, res shocks in the rear, and UCAs-, and his rides 180 degrees different than yours. I bounced the front end, and it literally felt like it was riding on the bump stops.
It's like it has WAY too much compression damping, and ZERO rebound damping.
It was so bad I was sure they were mounted wrong or it had some other problem.
Found a post on the f150 forum where the dude was saying the same thing, and with you saying yours rides uber smooth(like they should), I'm starting to think that Icon possibly has different valving options that my nephew wasn't aware of.
I told him to call Icon about it, but he says he's simply gonna pull 'em off, sell them, then put a different brand on.
Heckuva waste of $4k...Especially when I bet Icon can revalve 'em

They put to much pre load on the coils when they should not have. Basically they raised the front end too much. I put them on out of the box no adjustment.
It is a firmer ride on certain ground, but overall much better. If I were to do it again. I wouldn't go ICON, i will admit it, but it does ride nice. I can do 70MPH around corners with ZERO body roll. Most everyones problem is they crank the coils too much. I will post a pic of how mine are adjusted tomorrow.

ICON is one of the best for OFFROAD. Again I repeat OFFROAD. Problem is people shop by how much things cost(Ill admit I did it this time) and its not really what you need for street.
I did already pull the rear ICON 2.5s off and put 2.0s and it helped alot too. Tell him to try that also.

Next time I will do Bilsteins and a Autospring spacer. Thats what I had on my last F150s and it was great for street driving.

I would tell him to try to adjust them down before throwing all the cash away. They should be set at 2" lift from factory. Fender lip on a 4x4 should be around 39"
