Nice. Be sure to unplug throttle body sensor also. If EGR is gone it is obviously unplugged.

Glad you got it worked out. Any info from PPEI?

Yeah the EGR valve is in my garage off the truck (I think), Nothing from PPEI.... I'll just leave it there 🙂

Well, everything now is 100% how it should be. SOTF works, Level 1 and 2 are very low smoke output. I haven't gone above 3 and I don't feel I will have a need too. I am returning better MPG than before deleting and I am turning heavy Toyo's! Overall I am extremely satisfied!

1oldengin, what exactly do you want changed? The deleting portion of my bill was roughly $3k installed. Just tunes and EZLynk are apprx $1200, and the bulk of the labor comes from the EGR block plate installation, but this piece isn't required.

Exhaust Rattle

Has anyone else had problems with the stock muffler (everything back deleted) having some type of Harmonic and rattling at about 3k rpm? Truck sound fantastic except for that.

We found out the SOTF was not working because I watched a few parameters and did WOT runs on each level of the switch, all returning the same numbers.

I then took my voltmeter and found that at the fuel temp sensor I was getting 15V but just behind the switch, at the circuit board, I was getting negligible readings. I sent photos and findings to Azraie who immediately noticed the connector was still in the truck. He prompted me to remove it and FIXED!!!!

Now it is dark, so I couldnt see if the smoke output was much less on Level 1 but I do know the SOTF is working and I am getting a proper voltage reading throughout the range (Going from Level 1-2-3... provides a voltage drop across the circuit)

So happy it is fixed!

Where is Proven Diesel located?
