I plan to go with a Green Diesel Engineering tune once my warranty is up (42,000 more miles). Tune is only listed up to 2020, but I'm pretty sure the 2021 has had no ECM changes over the previous year.

Anyone have any word on if the 2021s are tunable yet? I know livernois tunes the 21, 3.5,2.7,5.0 but no word on the 21s 3.0 from anyone yet? Anyone heard anything?

I just got my 2021 truck back from aFe, they test fitted their air intake system, intercooler & tubes, exhaust, scrocher Pro & Blue (tuners).
Only items that worked are the air intake and exhaust. They had to create a wiring harness extension for the MAF sensor though.
They said Ford in 2021 put in new encryption in their computers making it even harder to tune, just have to wait till someone can unlock it.

I heard that about the encryption but it’s been cracked by Livernoise and I think 5 Star for sure. I found a post/site for some tuning via ecm flash by a fella up here in the Great White North, I contacted them and I am just waiting to hear back. Sorry, No I haven't had mine tuned yet but I am in contact and discussing it with them.Did you ever hear back from them or get your 2021 tuned
