Also maybe when they go in all the ones that are no longer under warranty like mine just did they can charge a fortune for the hardware and a fortune for the labor also. Sounds like a way to make some extra money cuz it’s not that much if u have someone else do it or can do it yourself.Funny how Ford's solution to this issue is to replace H/W (hardware) when the real problem is more likely a S/W (software) bug (most likely a memory leak in the Sync application) = I doubt there is any issue with the physical hardware.
