Noticed today that I hear a slight clunk coming from the rear. It’s only from a dead stop. I can’t really tell where it’s coming from. Anyone experienced this?

Do you have the 6.5 box? If so it's likely the slip yoke and nothing to worry about.

Yes I have a 6.5 box. I figured that this was it but had read multiple places that they went to a 1 piece drive shaft. I guess this was not true for a 6.5 box
