For some reason I have never been able to get cotus to work. I have the vin but still nothing shows up.
Edit: tried a different browser and it worked.

Essentially you have to do what makes the most noise and what gets the right attention. Social media these days dominates all forms of media to the point celebrities get paid well into the six figure range for mentioning a product/brand on Instagram!I have a similar problem. On 7/15, my estimated delivery was 7/16 (as it has been for weeks) with 0 days to delivery. On 7/16, the Estimated delivery date was completely deleted. It shows “in transit.” I called the salesman who doesn’t have an ETA. A friend told me he had a similar problem and went on Twitter with a direct message to Ford, and his arrived soon after. I’m not a Twitter person....but maybe I should be.
I wonder at what time they will start registering them as 2019 vehicles. Isn't it usually around the first of September?I ordered mine in the middle of February . The dealer couldn't tell me anything for months so I didn't contact them anymore because it seemed they were tired of hearing from me even though they were the ones that told me it would be delivered late April or early May. It finally showed up on cotus with a VIN number and an estimated delivery date of August 10th in mid June but stayed in order processing until the 20th of July and is finally being built. My dealer contacted me yesterday with an expected delivery for the week of August 6th.
My fingers are crossed!
