It and fuel mileage will increase as the truck breaks in.
First oil change
Getting the first oil change tomorrow. Oil life at 9% at 5700 original miles. So much for the 10K oil life. All city and highway driving, no towing. A little disappointed.

I just did my first oil change at 9550 miles, 6% oil life on the computer. Also the fuel mileage started around 22 mpg (hand calculated) and has steadily risen to around 25-26 over my first 6 months of ownership. Others have posted results everywhere in between. YMMV with conditions, but it should get better as the engine breaks in. I bet your next oil change interval will be more miles than the first.
