LT275/70R18's with stock suspension?

I am wondering if anyone has tried running 275/70R18's with the stock suspension vs the 275/65R18's that come stock? I'm considering doing a 2" leveling kit also and thought that the taller tires would fill the wheel well a bit better.

Thought I would post an update to this question. When I received my pickup, it already had a 2" leveling kit in the front and 1.5" spacer block in the back with air bags. I recently purchased LT275/70R18 tires for it to replace the wimpy Goodyear WinterForce P275/65R18's that it came with. Here is a picture of the pickup after getting the new tires mounted. I can say they fit well with no rubbing. Speedometer reads 2 mph fast at 70 now, but still pretty close.

^ edit: The speedometer reads 2 mph SLOW. When the speedometer says 70, my GPS speed is actually 72.
@mcarlo86 - you can calibrate the speedometer for the new tire sizes via FORScan

I used FORScan today and re-calibrated my speedometer. I used 726-12-01 xxxx 09E7 xxxx for LT275/70R18 tires. I had to do a BCM and TCM relearn to get rid of the wrench in the instrument cluster, but after that the speedometer is spot on now.
