Just traded in my 13 Eco Screw on a 18 150 w the diesel. Impulse buy...but so far so good...I like the truck...and I'm getting 10 mpg more than my 3.5 gave me. I just found this forum and thought I'd stop by.

@F150power - welcome aboard to the forums!

We have a small but enthusiastic group of new F150 PowerStroke Diesel owners here all figuring out this new engine in Ford's best selling vehicle.

These forums work best when everyone shares their ownership experiences so that we can all learn from each other. I can honestly admit I have learned a lot from these forums.

Again welcome to the club and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Welcome! Its a great engine! I live down in Houston and spent the day at diesel shops around town working on my buddies 16 6.7 F250.

There are now many of the F150 diesels around (at least where I live) and they are all starting to get modifications, which at the end of the day is good for the rest of us as we will learn the strengths and weaknesses of this truck. Needless to say NO ONE had anything bad to say other than it may be slightly under powered... Which trust me they are all working to fix... :)

Enjoy the truck.
