This isn't specific to the diesels, but I will ask here anyway. Has anyone had the rear window defroster go out? (I have a 2018 with 23,000 miles) Now that the colder weather is back, I am noticing the defroster works on the drivers side section, but not the middle sliding section or the passenger section. I guess I should be grateful because my 2014 F150 had an entirely broken defroster, but that at least lasted 60,000 miles before breaking.

I checked that the window is closed all the way, and I will check the wire temperature to confirm. The light on the button comes on, and the mirrors are defrosting properly.

I guess it is going back to the dealer again.

On my 2018 truck, yes. 2 of the 3 panes of glass on the rear window defrost would not work.
1st dealership said there was no problem, total BS.
2nd dealership replaced the entire rear window. They were not happy with how the new window heated and decided to install a second rear window.
