I am planning on getting one at some point but curious if anyone has any input as well. Ive heard good things about them for other motors so I'm sure they'd be good for these too. Messaged them on fb and they sent me this video showing a 50hp and 100 tq at the wheel gain at 2200RPM which is pretty freakin substantial. Asked him about mileage and he said on their shop 4wd truck they are getting 28.5 hwy and 22-25 city on winter fuel.

I’ve been chomping at the bit to get one of these from the first week I owned my 3.0. Online due dillengence does seem to prove that the numbers they claim are pretty legitimate. The 2 main reasons I purchased the F150 diesel was great gas mileage and ease of towing our camper. It appears the Stealth module would be a great fit for me on both accounts as I want to keep things stock to avoid warranty issues. I figured I spend about 12 cents per mile for fuel and DEF. At $600 for the unit, even a 1 mile per gallon increase and this thing would pay for itself in 5,000 miles - or about 5 months for me. The only thing holding me back at the moment is what I’ve read on a couple other chat groups: some users are claiming that even though the Stealth module doesn’t leave a “footprint” that Ford (and all manufacturers for that matter) have other ways of digging deeper into the computer and proving inconsistencies with their history/programming. This could be a major issue if confronted with an expensive repair that the company denies because the vehicle was tampered with even though under warranty. Believe me, I don’t want this to be true and I really want to purchase the Stealth module. Can anyone with better knowledge than me please weigh in on this? Thanks!

I'm thinking even if it went the route of warranty on a entire engine and they may be able to see that the parameters were a little different than most comparable vehicles they really have no way of proving you did anything since it doesn't actually leave a legit footprint as a tuner that modified timing, injector pulse width, etc. would. Can't wait to hear some legit feedback on our motor from jdoops though! I've only put 500 miles on my truck and I am itching like crazy to pull the trigger on one!

Just got the module in after over a week due to weather conditions. Just recently plugged it in and set to medium setting. No more turbo lag day and night difference. Have no info on mpg + or - yet, waiting to fill up a full tank. Very easy to install, to plug a module in that takes really 5 mins. unless you have big fingers maybe a little longer to unplug rail senor and re plug their plug into the rail. Already impressed with the quick pedal response (no turbo lag).

Yeah, this forum can have us all chasing mods for our trucks! The next major mod I am doing is having the 26 gallon OEM tank swapped out for the Titan 48 gallon tank--was at my dealer yesterday asking them to order one up for me and plan to install it in April when I go in for my first oil change.

I contacted Titan and they told me they have no plans for a tank to fit the 5.5’ beds. Sucks.

The stealth module concerns me. No TCM tuning can’t be a good thing. I just wonder how much of an impact it will make long term. That’s my only reservation about getting one (and warranty, as I am sure they can tell..)

Going to keep following this thread. If they will pay for themselves in 5,000 miles that would be great. Let us know how much it increases our MPG
