Found an issue when installing the titled bed cover supplied by Ford on the 6.5' box on my 3.0 Diesel F150. The front bed plugs appear to be removed and replaced with permanent convex style aluminum plugs. The drain pipes can not be attached to the body and allow water to drain outside of the box. Is there a way to remove the convex style bed plugs?

I had my Ford dealer install my BAKFlip and they removed the bed plugs that came with the truck and replaced them with different bed plugs that they could put the drain pipes through, so you might want to talk to the aftermarket department at your Ford dealer about getting some replacement bed plugs to allow you to complete your install. I noticed before I bought the truck that the bed plugs looked different than what I had on my 2010, but since I was planning to have the dealer aftermarket shop install my BAKFlip I figured they would know how to deal with it and they did.
