Anyone else have this? I took my 2018 in for the THIRD time on the EGR recall and showed the service manager the 2 remaining brackets they still had not fastened. He immediately took it in. A few hours later he came out looking sad- just as yesterday the AC quit.

Anyway, he showed me TSB 18-2018:

Bulletin:
TSB 18-2245
Component:
353600 equipment:air conditioner
Summary:
Some 2018 f-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.0l diesel engine built on or before 13-aug-2018 may exhibit a lack of cooling from the a/c system. follow the service procedure steps to correct the condition.
Anyway, yesterday they reflashed a module and the AC began working again, today it wouldn't. He was surprised as they didn't touch any AC components. He knew it was OK this morning.

Hope to be reunited with my truck next week!

Looks like mine was built June 2018 if I am reading the VIN right.

Mine blows ice cold. Hope not another visit to the dealer soon. :(

Maybe I got the update when they flashed my ECM?

At least you still had brackets, dealer threw away my fuel line brackets! Parts Department got me the lower bracket Friday, installed yesterday, now waiting for upper fuel line bracket. All my coolant pipes were not attached to their brackets either, 4 bolts missing. I am doing the work myself, idiot dealer mechanic not touching my truck again!

You sound exactly like me- my 2013 F150 only saw a professional mechanic 1 time and that was the sound system reprogram. I enjoy doing my own work when possible. Good you are properly taking care of business.
