I know this is for a NOx code in the left cylinder bank. Anyone know how this affects tho 3.0 motor? FYI - the truck has 188k on the odometer.

Sorry to hear you have a code. I saw you had a P0182 back in December that you cleared and the truck ran fine again. Of course these two codes aren't related probably but I like your idea of clearing it and seeing if it pops up again. That is my lazy technique also. I haven't seen P2209 pop up but it would be great if you eliminate it and let us know what you find.
