Will the Canadian tuner tune your truck if you drive it to his shop in Canada? Ecodiesel folks are still getting delete tunes from Canada. The Canadians may be leery of shipping a tuned ECM back to USA, don't know. I would try talking to the tuner on the phone and explaining your problem.

 

It would help us to know what year is your truck, how many miles, and any modifications. What are you trying to do?

I bought a bdx from someone who told me to send him my vin and it would have 5 tunes including the delete tune. Well I got ripped off. So, I have a truck that’s deleted sitting in my driveway that can’t move. Then I ordered tunes from a Canadian company and they don’t do business with the US. I didn’t catch that when I was ordered it.

 

The EPA has been cracking down on tuners in the US which is why it has become hard to buy tune/delete modifications here. The companies in Canada don't want the attention either, so they won't sell here.

You may have to find a way to reinstall the original ECU software.
